Malisa Harrington is the President and Founder of Art3mis Solutions, a Certified Fraud Examiner, brings over 13 years of experience in government acquisitions across the Department of Defense (DoD) and private industry. Her 10+ years in the DoD include roles as a Contract Specialist with the U.S. Air Force, Auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency, and Contract Cost/Price Analyst with the Army Corps of Engineers. She holds a Master of Accountancy in Forensic Accounting, graduating with distinction, and certifications in government contracting, auditing, financial management, and data analytics.
She is driven by problem-solving and the ability to see connections that others might overlook through research, investigation, and data analysis. With her diverse background and a passion for uncovering financial discrepancies and ensuring regulatory compliance, she is able to offer customized solutions that address each client’s specific needs.
